Data collected and purposes
When you fill in a contact or enquiry form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. This data is used solely to answer your request and send you a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in handling your request.
This information is processed via our customer relationship tool (Brevo). It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Your data is kept for the time needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted within three years of the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Audience measurement and cookies
The site uses audience measurement to understand its traffic. Two levels:
- An anonymous, cookieless measurement (Umami), which does not identify you and does not require consent.
- A more detailed measurement via Google Analytics and Google Ads, set only if you accept it through the consent banner. You can decline without any impact on your browsing.
Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
