Our breakfast

Included in the room price, breakfast consists of hot drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, Manse fruit juice, fresh cut fruit, bread and pastries, avocado toast, cheese, yogurt, and homemade granola.

Eggs are available upon request (€3 supplement).

Our platters

If you're feeling peckish, try one of our four gourmet platters, including two vegetarian options and two Italian options featuring Parma ham, Parmigiano Reggiano, artichokes, grilled vegetables, and many other delicacies, as well as two platters featuring our selection of local rillettes, rions, and goat cheeses.

Our Italian dinner under the stars 

From July 1 to September 15, on Thursday evenings, we offer an Italian dinner under the stars to give you a taste of the dolcevita in Tours.

Fixed menu, served on the terrace if possible, otherwise in the castle's lounges.

 

NB All our meals are homemade, using ingredients from our vegetable garden or local producers.

We favor organic produce.

 

Picnics, cocktails, and brunch, available upon request for any event.
