Our breakfast

Included in the room price, breakfast consists of hot drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, Manse fruit juice, fresh cut fruit, bread and pastries, avocado toast, cheese, yogurt, and homemade granola.

Eggs are available upon request (€3 supplement).

Served from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Sharing plates

Salads, tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, a selection of local cheeses, grilled vegetables, Parma ham with melon or figs, Apulian olives, artichokes, and shavings of Parmesan...ask for our list of gourmet platters.  

Served from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.​

 

 

​Italian dinner under the stars 

Thursday evenings, we offer an Italian dinner under the stars to give you a taste of the dolcevita in Tours.

Fixed menu, served on the terrace if possible, otherwise in the castle's lounges.

Fixed-price menu available on Instagram; dinner is served at 8:00 p.m.

NB All our meals are homemade, using ingredients from our vegetable garden or local producers. We favor organic produce.

 

Picnics, cocktails, and brunch, available upon request for any event.
